Delivery
Order before 2pm and your goods will be dispatched the same day
We aim for next working day delivery.
Pallets are 48 hour delivery.
We will deliver to your site at no additional cost.
Special deliveries or guaranteed next day delivery before 10am available and charged at cost, a quote is available on request.
Deliveries outside UK mainland will be charged at cost.
All orders for products containing pesticides/insecticides/fungicides will incur a HSE MAFF levy charge; this will be shown separately on your invoice.
Conditions of Sale

Credit
Our credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
Credit facilities may be withdrawn for overdue accounts.
Title
Title of goods will not pass to the purchaser until the account is paid in full.
Prices
All goods are sold at prices ruling at date of order. VAT is charged at current rate.
Claims
Claims for shortages, damaged or loss of goods must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Non-delivery must be advised in writing within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Returns
Goods can only be accepted for return by prior authorisation and uplifting arrangement, a re-stocking charge may apply.
Specialist goods that are manufactured to order are not returnable.
