We do therefore produce significant quantities of second quality production much of which has faults that are too minor for most people to see. To avoid any confusion second quality Cumbria Crystal is only available from our Factory Shop at Ulverston in Cumbria.

As well as stocking the entire range of our normal first quality lines the Factory Shop also has exclusive lines such as Keswick and Lakeland that are only available directly from us, specials, limited editions and discontinued items. As you would expect items in the factory shop are at a substantial discount from our normal recommended retail prices.
